Hi, I installed the plugin but no graphs and axis appear. I see the selection boxes and buttons. I used IE9 en Chrome with same (no) result. Wassup stats works and also the WP Jetpack. Hm, what might be wrong? thanks, Herm
I installed the plugin and we have site visits as well that is showing the database, but still the graph is not shown and nothing else. Can you please tell me the reason.
Hi Pushpal, Hope you are talking about Live Chart. Please ensure that, you followed the steps described in the article http://wptrafficanalyzer.in/live-chart-setup/ Regards, George
Okay, the plugin is very nice and easy to handle. So far I’ve recognized on problem. If you use ” in an article header, it breaks the graph in “views”. Don’t know why, but “Vistis vs Views” did still work. It’s not much of a problem, but good to know. Otherwise you really don’t know, why it won’t work anymore, if you haven’t changed anything.

Hello George,
Thanks for your reply.
I proceeded as per your specification and got the Live ID and after logging in, I am able to view the site visits.
But still the charts that appear in the ‘Views’ and ‘Views vs Visits’ are still not appearing.
I installed the plugin in localhost and I am able to view the charts in those sections.
Can you kindly tell me the reason for this.
Thanks
Pushpal
Hello George,
I am talking about the ‘Views’ and ‘Views vs Visits’ section that is showing in the admin panel of the site within the Analyzer.
Thanks
Pushpal
Hi Pushpal,
Can you please check, whether any Javascript error is reported in Firebug or in ErrorConsole of Firefox?

George
Hi George,
Here is the Javascript section that displays the graph. But in my site the section is blank.
I have re-installed the plugin but still within this elements the charts are not coming.
No errors are displayed.
I am looking forward to hear from your side.
Thanks
Pushpal

Experienced the wrong time data.
Please have the “timezone choose option” be available in the settings
Thank your for your suggestion, will be implemented shortly …
Timezone synchronization is implemented in version 3.1.0
I have inserted the activation code, but it will not work! It says to provide the code, which I did.
Can you please tell me, which graph is not working for you?
